12 week strength challenge!

Remember when you said 2018 will be your year to get strong?
Well congratulations sir or madam, you are being called to the rack!
Join Kate M for 12 weeks of learning and lifting in her 12 week strength challenge!
Program includes;

Free initial and post training performance testing (1 Rep Max - 5 Rep Max).
Nutrition advice for performance and body composition.
3 phased 4 week programs.
Technique focused 1:1 or 2:1 sessions with Kate.

Now is the time to PB that squat or get your first pull up!

Barre name change

You might have noticed that your Barre class name has changed. We recognised that having 7 Barre class names and descriptions was a minefield in trying to decipher and navigate. So we’ve made things simpler and now have just 3 Barre class names and descriptions;

Barre
Bums & Barre
Anti Gravity Air Barre (Moore Park only)

No other changes have been made, and we haven’t asked your teacher to change what they like to teach in any way shape or form. It’s just the naming convention that’s changed, so you will continue to enjoy your fave Barre classes and teachers as you always have.

Yoga Foundations Course

This 8 hour course, delivered over 4 weeks, will give you a solid foundation in all things Yoga. Everything from the benefits of Yoga, to philosophy, breathing techniques and of course asana (the postures)

As a beginner, we will give you the knowledge and experience you need to establish a regular practice

As a seasoned Yogi, we will help you to deepen your awareness so you can take that next step in your Yoga practice
