HIIT (high intensity interval training) is proven to get you the quickest results. Grid Lean incorporates HIIT and cardio in this sweat-tastic 30 minutes of work!
Every three months we introduce a whole heap of new workouts to keep you on your toes and to keep delivering the results you came in for. Grid Lean focuses on getting your heart rate up and keeping it there to maximise calorie burn. You can rest when its over!
Yourself, your game face, water and a sweat towel. Be prepared to work hard alongside your fellow Grid Goers, and maybe throw in a hi-five or two!
