Combine dance, Pilates and ballet techniques with expertly chosen exercises which target your derrière and you have ‘Bums and Barre'. You will create a strong, lean and balanced ballerina body in this class, while swapping exercises between the Barre and Pilates mat.

Why is it good for me?

Not only finding your long lean dancers body on the barre through working posture, balance and strength. But adding in the component of cardio and toning on the floor! Everything you love in one class!

What will I do?

Combine toning exercises for the bottom with a little touch of cardio then conditioning work on the barre for the bottoms and bellies. The three B’s smashed!

What should I bring?

Sweat towel, comfortable workout gear and plenty of water. Shoes are required for the floor component and optional for the barre. Where as you can take this component barefoot, however socks with “grip” on the bottom or ballet slippers are also allowed. Please travel to and from our changing rooms with shoes to protect your precious toes!
