Why is it good for me?


The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the poses in Iyengar yoga. This class will also help you to understand and 'feel' each posture in your physical body, which leads to a greater knowledge of yoga postures (asanas)


What will I do?


Iyengar Yoga often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and bolsters as aids in performing asanas (postures). The props enable students to perform the asanas correctly, minimising the risk of injury or strain, and making the postures accessible to both young and old.


What should I bring?


All you need is comfortable workout clothes and something warm to wear during relaxation. Yoga mats are optional, we have them for you or you can of course bring your own.
