HIIT (high intensity interval training) is proven to get you the quickest results. Grid Active incorporates HIIT with breaking down our 6 core movements, to not only to get you to move the tough way but the correct way!
Every three months we introduce a whole heap of new workouts to keep you on your toes and to keep delivering the results you came in for. Grid Active focuses on predominantly body weight or light resistance-band movements, to encourage range of motion, and correct technique.
Yourself, your game face, water and a sweat towel. Be prepared to work hard alongside your fellow ‘ Grid Goers’ and maybe throw in a hi-five or two!

Working on my straight am pull downs on 12.5kg 4 x 15 reps. This exercise always gets me, it goes from feeling really easy to immediately hard, no buffer zone in between haha!
