Our exercise experiences are irresistible, and we aren’t afraid to say it.

That’s because they are built on the four dimensions of fitness: strength, stability, stamina and soul. Four dimensions that won’t just help you get fit for fitness, but get fit for life.

You will find them in our extensive list of group exercise classes, from Yoga to Revolution™ cycle, and from Barre to Boxing. They are the four dimensions our facilities are built upon, influencing the equipment we choose, and the products we use. They even inform the characteristics we look for in the personal trainers we recruit, and the ingredients you will find in our V-Café food.

These four dimensions make up our full circle approach to health and wellbeing, and we have put them to work in everything that we do.

We understand that your goals are unique, and that your journey will be too. Some days you will run, and some you will stretch. Some days you might not come at all. We get it. It’s not all about getting fit enough to reach a distance, or lift the heaviest weight. It’s about being healthy enough to live the life that you enjoy.

Soul

Calm, tranquility and deep breaths. Or pounding the life out of a heavy bag. Food for the soul comes in many flavours, all vital for keeping your mind as healthy as your body.

Stability

Less about solid abs, more about solid foundations – for exercise and life. Working from the inside out to stregthen the parts of you that are core to everything else. Helping you move better. Walk taller. Reach further. Stay active, longer.

Stamina

Exercise that works the most important muscle of all. Helping you to push yourself further for longer, and be ready for more. The key to making sure that you’re built to last.

Strength

Strength can be explosive. Strength can be control. Little and often or huge one-off feats. Toughening bones, building muscles, burning calories. And getting that bit better at defying gravity with each and every rep.
