Body Attack is now running every Friday at 1.10pm!

Choreographed to pumping music, this 45min class uses a mixture of aerobic, sports-specific and conditioning moves to build strength, stamina, agility, speed and power. It is the ultimate class for cardiovascular fitness and provides options suitable for all levels from absolute beginner to advanced athlete.
