Freestyle Stroke Correction is coming to Collins Street!

Are you a triathlete? Or an open water swimmer? Or would just like some swimming pointers?
This is a class in the pool, that will offered every month to those members that can swim already, but would just like a few extra tips to improve their stroke.
This will be a slower paced session, that will take you through some progressive drills for the class and also some specific tips just for you!
Please note however – this is not a Learn To Swim class. Fins are mandatory.

Who knows? Maybe you can swim faster, just with a slight correction.

Next two classes are on January 19th and February 16th at 6:30am

Our Gentle Yoga practice facilitates deep relaxation and breath work in order to restore, renew and heal. A mix of accessible Hatha Yoga poses sequenced together to promote balance and harmony, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Join us in this 8 hour course, delivered over 4 weeks, which will give you a solid foundation in all things Yoga. Everything from the benefits of Yoga, to philosophy, breathing techniques and of course asana (the postures.

As a beginner, we will give you the knowledge and experience you need to establish a regular practice

As a seasoned Yogi, we will help you to deepen your awareness so you can take that next step in your Yoga practice

This class will run Tuesday's and Thursday's 4-5pm from the 23rd of January

Barre name change

You might have noticed that your Barre class name has changed. We recognised that having 7 Barre class names and descriptions was a minefield in trying to decipher and navigate. So we’ve made things simpler and now have just 3 Barre class names and descriptions;

Barre
Bums & Barre
Anti Gravity Air Barre (Moore Park only)

No other changes have been made, and we haven’t asked your teacher to change what they like to teach in any way shape or form. It’s just the naming convention that’s changed, so you will continue to enjoy your fave Barre classes and teachers as you always have.
