Even if you’ve never been on a bike, RPM™ is a simple and safe workout that will get you amazing results. Our instructors show you how to set up a bike and will give options to match your own fitness level.

Find your rhythm in a cardio peak cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. RPM™ tunes you in to great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. Your instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves.
RPM can be done in normal workout clothes and shoes, so no specialized cycling gear is required. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are optional as well as cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable but they’re not essential. Don’t forget a drink bottle and a sweat towel
