Join us in March for 31 days of bending, stretching and strengthening Mind, Body and Soul. It will be a great opportunity to start a new journey, or to deepen an already established practice. And, it's free for all our members!
During your 31 days, we will be aiming for 4-5 days of practice in club, together with 1 home yoga practice of your choice, as well as a few minutes of daily meditation. You'll be encouraged to record your practice on your own personal card, and we will have a celebration at the end of the month.
