31 Days of Yoga

Increase your vitality and restore balance to your mind, body and spirit

Join us in March for 31 days of bending, stretching and strengthening Mind, Body and Soul. It will be a great opportunity to start a new journey, or to deepen an already established practice. And, it's free for all our members!

During your 31 days, we will be aiming for 4-5 days of practice in club, together with 1 home yoga practice of your choice, as well as a few minutes of daily meditation. You'll be encouraged to record your practice on your own personal card, and we will have a celebration at the end of the month.

FRENCHS FOREST - Your yoga coach Terri Montgomery will host weekly catch ups in the Bunker to discuss weekly themes and answer any questions you have.

NORWEST - Your yoga coach Jenni Lew will host weekly catch ups in the Cafe to discuss weekly themes and answer any questions you have.
