We think yoga is amazing and we want you to try it. So, we're inviting you to Find Your Flow with our FREE INTRO TO YOGA

There's a yoga class for every need, whether you want to regain your flexibility, tone up, wind down or push yourself in new and surprising ways, and we’ve made things simple by grouping classes into three categories: Strength, Align and Calm.

Taught by our most experienced teachers, our free 30-minute Intro to Yoga session will give you a taste of all three categories of yoga. You will spend just 10 minutes in each, developing a better understanding of each category, and a better understanding of yoga.
