12 WEEK BOXING CHALLENGE!


The rundown:
If you want to learn how to box, improve technique, increase your fitness, strength plus look and feel your best then read on below.

Have you always loved boxing or the idea of trying boxing? Well this challenge is perfect for you! In 12 weeks you will learn correct boxing techniques, build strength, endurance, tone up and so much more. All you have to do is sign up, show up and get sweaty!

You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great!

Have you tried Tai Chi?

T’ai Chi Chuan – meaning “Grand Ultimate Fist” is an internal martial art, and has, for centuries, been a source of health, vitality, and longevity for millions of people in the Far East.

It utilizes the ancient philosophy of Yin-Yang and the Five Element theories for its foundation and to establish its training principles. The experience of hundreds of years has shown that practicing tai chi can improve ones health, reduce tension, and alleviate a number of ailments such as high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, stomach and heart problems, and anxiety.
