The Grid will push you. It will pull and squat you. It`ll lunge, bend and twist you. To move you the way you were meant to Get Grid Strong with a high intensity circuit designed to build up your muscles. Work for longer and get stronger, faster. We`ll get the best out of you and teach you to move, the tough way.

Why is it good for me?


HIIT (high intensity interval training) is proven to get you the quickest results. Grid Strong incorporates HIIT with strength training. Learning lifts and the correct way to move big weights with correct range of motion.


What will I do?


Every three months we introduce a whole heap of new workouts to keep you on your toes and to keep delivering the results you came in for. Grid Strong will have you squatting, deadlifting, cleaning and pushing some serious iron!


What should I bring?


Yourself, your game face, water and a sweat towel. Be prepared to work hard alongside your fellow Grid Goers, and maybe throw in a hi-five or two!
