Meet us at the air "barre"


AntiGravity’s version of a Barre class where you will use the AntiGravity® Hammock as a ballet bar and develop ideal bodylines through the toning and lengthening of muscles. While the fabric, like a barre, helps you balance, you work your core and arms a little more than in a traditional ballet class. You will leap a little higher, even getting a little hang time! An awesome cardio workout! No dance experience or AntiGravity® experience is required. Remember to wear long tights, long pants or long shorts and a T shirt. No zippers, watches or jewellery can be worn

No dance experience required. We do go upside down in this class, so attending an Antigravity® beginner class before hand would be a good idea

Why is it good for me?


Think of the Barre not just as another tool, but as a support to create external resistance and initiate more muscle engagement. The AG hammock that in this class is used as a Barre will aid you to achieve body balance, and give you more concentrated toning, allowing you to take your muscles deeper into each exercise, through a more complete and dynamic range of motion.


What will I do?


Tone and shape your body through ballet and Pilates techniques, adding a cardio blast, by lifting the heart rate. This fun and exhilarating class will leave you feeling fit and fabulous!


What should I bring?


T shirts must be worn and jewellery and watches must be removed. Tights or pants with zippers will not be allowed. Antigravity is a barefoot class, however, please travel to and from our changing rooms with shoes to protect your precious toes!
